• Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bdh99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
